Broken product is produced by controlled size reduction. It can support more even distribution, practical dosing and equipment compatibility. The target piece size and proportion of fines should be stated in the specification.

Ground: consistent distribution
Ground product can disperse quickly and evenly in a recipe, but grinding requires control of heat, particle size, hygiene and cross-contact. Buyers should share target mesh or particle size, colour, aroma, packaging and analysis expectations during quotation.
